We are a company offering transparent and opaque BIPV solar glass panels for building facades, canopies, skylight and roof top application. SolarScape Enterprises LLP is a company jointly formed by Deepak Gadre, Arjun Gadre, Dr. Neelkanth and Dr. Ramesh Dhere, to develop and market CdTe photovoltaic thin film technology in India, and will provide the technical knowhow for to the company.

Dr. Neelkanth Dhere is an internationally renowned scientist who has worked and established thin film research laboratories India, Brazil and the USA.
At Florida Solar Energy Centre (FSEC), Dr. Neelkanth established a thin film solar cells research laboratory to develop CuInGaSe2 (CIGS) mini-modules (6”x6”); the largest amongst the comparable University research groups. Working extensively on the reliability of solar PV panels, Dr. Neelkanth was leader of the International Standards Group at IEC, for thin film photovoltaic reliability from inception. In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Neelkanth has been conferred a fellowship of the American Vacuum Society.
Dr. Ramesh Dhere has worked extensively in the area of solar photovoltaic devices for over 35 years. He commenced research work on solar cells in Brazil in 1980 and continued this work at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, USA in 1985. Since 1992, Dr. Ramesh began R&D work on CdTe-based thin film solar cells, and has done wide research work on these devices.
Their team at NREL achieved the world record for efficiency of CdTe cells (16.5%) in 2001, that held for 10 years.
Dr. Ramesh has published over 150 research papers and presented his work in several International conferences. He has been chosen as a Fulbright Solar Specialist and was invited to Sri Lanka and Myanmar to conduct specialised training on solar photovoltaics.
